1. Availability  

Afcon ball valves are available with:
Nominal Diameter DN15 ~ 300 (1/2 "~ 12"),
Nominal Pressure PN16 ~ PN40, with both flange welding & butt welding

1. Function and Characters

1. This valve is mainly used for connection and interruption for the media such as water, steam, oil and gas and others in the pipeline.
2. For the purpose of firm structure, reliable sealing and zero leakage, high quality seamless steel tubes are carefully selected for the raw material by auto welding processing. Seat made of reinforced PTFE has secured the sealing performances in rated pressure in between the temperature from -29ºC - 210ºC.
3. The butterfly-shape spring adopted in welding valve has secured a reliable sealing efficiency, as well as offering a compensation for the abrasion in between the body and the seat itself for the efficiency of zero leakage.
4. To prevent wrong operation, the valve can be equipped with locking devices according to operating conditions and the users' requirements.
