The coating process
Pre-cleaning: There shouldn't be any oil, grease, salt, alkali and impurities before coating.
- Casting sand blasting: remove the casting sand and impurities.
- Preheating: make sure the product reaches to the preheating temperature, and avoid other oxidation reaction.
- Coating application: both manual and mechanical ways can be used. Complete the spaying in the shortest time to achieve the best effect.

Density: 1.2-1.4g/cm³
Workpiece preheating temperature: 150ºC~170ºC( The casting surface temperature)
Curing temperature: 200-220ºC
Curing time: 20-30 minutes

Spraying thickness: 250~450 um
Gloss: 80-90 units (DIN 67530 standard)
Adhesion test: Gt0 (DIN 53 151 standard)
Impact resistance: 5 Joule( (DIN 30 677-2 standard)
Pencil hardness: 2H (ASTM D-3363 standard)
Chemical properties
Neutral salt spray test( ASTM B-117) > 1000 hrs (The coating thickness is more than 250 um)
Chemical resistance test (Alcohol test: 50 times back and forth wipe) No significant loss of light, no soft coating

Brief introduction of lug type butterflt valve with double axis
1. Lug type butterfly valve designed to comply with MSS-SP-67, BS 5155 and API609. Compatible with GB, DIN, BS, ANSI125/150 flanges. 2. Face to face according to ISO5752.
3. The seat of double axis butterfly valve is designed in to without back, the touque-and-groove seat is lower torque and replaceable.
4. There is O-ring casted on the seal surface of the seat, negates need for flange gaskets.
5. Available in wafer type and lug type.
6. Available with handles, manual gear operators and electric or pneumatic actuators.
